Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Participation in AMN projects and programmes (including Erasmus+ funded projects) · Communication regarding events, workshops and cultural activities · Educational programme enrolment and follow-up · Newsletter subscription (where applicable) · Project reporting and documentation required by EU funding bodies.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your personal data is based on your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Where processing is required for the performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation, the relevant legal bases under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) also apply.

In the context of EU-funded projects (Erasmus+), certain data processing activities may also be required by the European Commission or the National Agency (ANPCDEFP) as part of grant management obligations.

Data Retention

Your personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose, or as required by applicable law or EU funding regulations. For Erasmus+ projects, data may be retained for up to 5 years after the project end date. Once the retention period expires, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
